If your Box does not arrive or product is damaged, Felicia Paints must be notified via email at hello@feliciapaints.com within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Felicia Paints is not notified within the specified timeframe, Felicia Paints can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
