All Watercolor Box and Kit purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Returns are not accepted on the box or individual items. If your Box does not arrive or product is damaged, Felicia Paints must be notified via email at hello@feliciapaints.com within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Felicia Paints is not notified within the specified timeframe, Felicia Paints can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
